This dissertation aimed at studying the social rights protection framework at a constitutional level until 2010, when the financial crisis in Greece broke out (Part I), and then the constitutionality of the austerity measures adopted to deal with the financial crisis, which has shrunk the protective scope of social rights (Part Two).
