Summary:
Sea tourism, known internationally as "yachting", refers to maritime activities with the use of a pleasure yacht. This thesis presents, analyzes and compares the legislative and regulatory framework that has been in force until the end of the year 2017, concerning professional and private pleasure yachts, day-trip ships, as well as hired small boats, while a synoptic approach is also being attempted of the corporate type of Maritime Company Of Pleasure Yachts (M.C.P.Y.).
