Summary:
The Greek evidence procedure in the light of international commercial arbitration is governed by the procedural law chosen by the parties or, if there is no such agreement, is governed by the procedural law chosen by the arbitrators. The statutory power given to the parties or the arbitrators is only restricted by the mandatory rules of the law no 2735/1999.Also being narrowed by the principles of equility and the reciprocal obligation of listening to the other party, this law consists of the lex arbitri of any international commercial arbitration taking place in Greece.
