The paper examines the importance of company development strategy and management, particularly in the telecommunications sector, by analyzing the case study of the OTE Group. It presents through secondary sources a review of the existing bibliography and the use of the group's website as well as through annual financial reports of OTE its strategic development and the importance of its management within the telecommunications sector. Through the exploration of the Group's internal and external environment, its strategy and its implementation are outlined, with the ultimate aim of providing excellent services and simultaneously developing its upcoming profitability.
