Summary:
Subject of the above thesis is the analysis of the fiduciary assignments of claims, those assignments which take place either to secure the assignee for a claim on his part against the assignor or either so that the assignee can collect the claim. Emphasis is given on the judicial approach of the subject and the relative cases as also on the relations between the assignor, the assignee and the debtor.
