Translated title:
Assessment anxiety state the week before football match
Summary:
The present work is an attempt to study the pre-competitive anxiety of athletes. It is a fact that the literature on this subject and its implications for the athletes' final performance is not deep enough.
It is also undeniable that the psychological factors play a decisive role in almost every aspect of human life and sports. Using a questionnaire and administering it to a sample of 24 athletes, an attempt was made to identify and record the causes and symptoms of anxiety and its ultimate effect on their performance. It is also important to identify methods and techniques so that each athlete achieves the best possible management of stress at the lowest cost. At the same time, an attempt is being made to enrich the existing science literature that studies the sport and to place the necessary emphasis on psychological extensions.
