Summary:
We examine the policies that have been selected during refugee crisis in the emergency period with Hotspots and subsequent interventions to improve living conditions such as rented hotels, apartments or other urban accommodation . Also we analyze the initiatives taken officially by the State (in Greece and Hungary) as part of their commitments to E.U. and to Transnational Organizations, also initiatives from civil society such as self-organized solidarity structures.
