INVESTIGATIVE PENETRATION AND POLICE TRAPPING
Summary:
This work refers to a special investigative technique which is the most effective method for combating serious and organized crime. This is the so-called investigative penetration, i.e. the use of either the investigating officers themselves or other persons of trust (and individuals) who cooperate with the investigative authorities in order to secure evidence or capture the perpetrator at the time of committing an offense, and collecting evidence on tackling organized crime. This meaning is contrasted with police trapping, which is the negative aspect of investigative penetration, i.e. it is the prohibited investigative penetration, consisting either in the absence of certain conditions or in the overcoming of the boundaries of the action of the concerned persecutory organs.
