Summary:
This thesis analyses the sports services contract between athletes (professionals and amateurs) and athletic associations. The legislative gap has been analysed in case of seemingly amateur athletes, as well as the effect of the athletic federations on the contracts between athletes and the association. In conclusion, it has been highlighted the matter of termination of the athlete's contract and the legal situation on the transfer field of athletes, either professionals or amateurs.
