Summary:
The scope of this study is the examination and analysis of the basic managerial responsibilities and obligations of the franchisor to the franchisee within the franchise system, as well as all the actions that state the peculation of the managerial position of the franchisor as a manager of the system, against the franchisee. Finally, special emphasis is given upon the ways of protection of the franchisee from any peculiar behavioural actions of the franchisor, which is important , since there is no specific legislation coverage upon this matter
