This dissertation concerns itself with the transformation of the notion of the employer, in a global labor market dominated by groups of companies, as well as the legal conditions for the liability of the parent company against the subsidiaries' employees' claims. The primary focus of the research concerns the Greek legal system, while parallels are drawn and comparative references are made with regards to third legal systems as well.
