ABSTRACT



The present paper discusses the interdisciplinary approach of knowledge and its application in primary education. In this context, the method of Project, which provides multiple benefits to the educational process is chosen, ensuring high rates of motivation of learning interest and learning incentives. The aim of this study is to highlight the value of the application of this method and to present a didactic proposal incorporating the basic principles of the interdisciplinary approach of studying a specific subject or matter through the project method. With this educational plan, the value and importance of the creation of interventions by the teachers themselves (adapted each time within the classroom) is shown, and the opportunity for learning through a renewed approach is provided. In particular, a proposal for the implementation of a project is presented, which has the theoretical and practical familiarization of teachers with this method as its main objective. Furthermore, the value of processing of thematic approaches that fall within the scope of environmental education and aim at the development and improvement of the environment as well as the cultivation of ecological consciousness through activities , that provide opportunities for widening and experiential learning is underlined.
