Summary:
Primary object of this dissertation is the approachment, interpretation, and definition of the institution of the third party notice to the civil trial according to the greek civil procedural law. Genres of the third party notice provided in chapters 3,4,5,6,7, while this dissertation also includes a detailed report to particular affairs, such as thrird party notice to the injuction trials, arbitration trials, as well as issues of the third party notice in the light of the provisions of the EU roaming regulation 1215/2012.
