Summary:
This dissertation deals with the changes that Law 4335/2015 brought to the evidence of sworn testaments. This dissertation mainly focuses on the comparative analysis between the former and current articles after Law 4335/2015, regarding especially the requirements of making such evidence and the procedural santctions in case of not meeting the requirements. Attention was brought to matters of diachronic law,that may appear after the implementation of this law.
