Summary:
Human education is now continuing, lifelong as it is now called. Many scholars in Education have dealt with the issue. The purpose of this work is to present and develop the concept of Lifelong Learning through its bibliography, principles, philosophy and its related aspects.
The concept of Lifelong Learning has been the focus of the educational community in recent years. The modules that will be developed at work are the following • Definition of Lifelong Learning and Learning • Objectives of lifelong learning and training • Adult education • Historical Evolution of Continuing Education • Developmental, Cognitive-Evolving and Behavioral Approaches to Adult Learning • Incentives and reasons for participation • Obstacles to learning and participation • Incentives and obstacles - overview of research findings. Finally, an Educational Program will be presented for the present work and will be dedicated to the training of employees in the Local Authorities on "Earthquake". The program consists of four (4) modules with accompanying theoretical material and tasks for embedding. The Project method is the basic method to be used with participants' cooperation groups.
It is important knowledge of earthquakes to be able to act effectively.
