The importance of information in the management of natural disasters at pre- and post-destructive level.

n this paper we will study the importance of information on pre and post disaster natural disasters as well as the importance of information in natural disaster management. In the first chapter, the basic concepts of natural disasters and their types are analyzed. The second chapter discusses natural disaster management and how to respond and respond. The third chapter deals extensively with the means and ways of informing the public about prevention as well as the ways of behavior following a natural disaster. The fourth chapter refers to the great importance of a proper and timely informing the public on the course of a natural disaster for a society. There is also a reference to the importance of volunteering information from early childhood. In chapters 5 and 6 respectively, two catastrophic natural phenomena that have occurred in Greece in recent years are mentioned. There is a reference to the fire disaster in Mati Attica and the flood in Mandra Attica.
