Summary:
In the present study, 38 human corpses with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were studied, of which 12 were female and 26 were male.
The tissues were placed in a 10% formalin solution and tissue staining was performed with the 5-fluorescein substance specific for the study of the sympathetic system.
All the investigator's observations were placed on an electronic information bank (DATA) to safely extract observations and conclusions.
