Summary:
Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that is applied to oncology and targets antiCD20. Rituximab is recommended for the treatment of nearly all Hodgkin's non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) associated with B-lymphocyte-related malignancies. This pharmaceutical composition can be administered either intravenously or subcutaneously. The present study presents the clinical studies conducted to release the Rituximab SC formulation and evaluation of the route of administration as well as the dose. Some of these tests which will be presented below are: SABRINA, SAWYER and SparkThera.
