Summary:
This paper analyzes the socio-political perspective of the Cypriot economic crisis of 2013 in terms of political and banking failures. Therefore, reference is made to the haircut and the negotiations of the troika with the Cypriot government. In the second stage, the conditions in which young people were called to seek work as well as their social life, during this period are explored. To assist in this work, a qualitative survey was conducted by young Cypriots who were to be employed at that time.
