Interconnection of Photovoltaic Systems in Distribution Networks
Summary:
In recent decades there has been an increasing development of renewable energy systems, which has been helped by both the development of related technology and the rise in oil prices, the depletion of mineral reserves elsewhere and the increase in environmental awareness of citizens. Renewable energy systems are considered particularly important as they are environmentally, environmentally and eco-friendly. However, they have the disadvantage that they cannot produce energy at a steady rate as this depends on the prevailing weather conditions, especially in the case of photovoltaic systems and wind turbines. Greece is considered one of the privileged countries in terms of installation of photovoltaic systems and wind turbines. The present study examines the interconnection of photovoltaic systems in the distribution network, as well as the radical changes that have taken place in recent years in the production industry, in the management and distribution of electricity due to distributed generation.
