Summary:
The aim of this study is to highlight the elements of the crisis of truth that characterizes the
current global breadth of publicity. In the context of journalism or media ethics, the reasoning that emerges highlights the crisis of the bourgeois form of thought which historically
conceived the freedom of the publicity in the West, and in particular the right of freedom of speech.
To this end, the historical interpretation of this right take place simultaneously with its normative
/ legal-political interpretation.
