Summary:
In this thesis, I research the representation of women leaders in international sites and social media. Four women from four different countries are selected as case studies. I investigate the characteristics of media coverage and women's leaders self-representation via Twitter. For this purpose, I use thematic analysis and discourse analysis in due to approach the discourse about women, leadership, and media.
