Virtue ethics can be established as a fundamental component of corporate governance and business ethics by studying Aristotelian, Confucian and Catholic Social teaching theories of virtue ethics, as well as by analyzing organizational psychology, positive organizational scholarship, and the individual and organizational virtues.
