Summary:
The master thesis deals with the bioethics issue of abortion, when comes from the act of rape, and attempts are made to approach the subject of from a theological, sociological, psychological, moral and legal point of view. On the one hand, the dilemmas and concerns raised during the postgraduate curriculum, and on the other hand the shocking personal experience, which experienced and told me a woman of the close friendly environment. In this master thesis, the question arises, what is it that ultimately prevails? The right of life or the right to dignity? Because we are no longer dealing with an unwanted pregnancy, but with a pregnancy that arose without the consent of the woman herself, i.e. through violence.
