A review of the effects of endocrine disruptors on human health and an original study of the perception and behavior of a population sample as to the source of endocrine disruptors
Summary:
This dissertation is about the effects of endocrine disruptors on human health and is based on two main chapters.
The first chapter concerns the literature review on issues of impact on human health and the environment, as well as research on the perception of certain groups of people on issues related to endocrine disorder.
The second chapter analyzes the conclusions of the whole study, applying for the first time the auxiliary tools PEST & SWOT Analysis, to the problem for the treatment of endocrine disorder. These auxiliary tools, although that they are a construction of economic science for strategic planning, provide an interdisciplinary approach to the challenge to health and the environment called "endocrine disruptors".
The purpose is to present the important data for the research so far on endocrine disruptors, but also to identify data that require further investigation or meta-analysis. The method and the way of approaching this serious issue of endocrine disorder is the clearest and most accurate picture of the problem, in order to draw the appropriate conclusions and suggestions for the treatment of endocrine disorders.
Finally, this paper aims to use its data in future meta-analysis and enrichment of the international literature, an issue in which many scientific communities consider it complicated by several "unknown" paths so far, despite the evolution of science.
