This thesis consists of two main parts.In the first one some piano methods and French piano pedagogues are presented. Then, selected preludes for piano of Claude Debussy are described through different pedagogical approaches.
The second part is related to the answers of a quiestionnaire by six pianists regarding Debussy's preludes.
