Summary:
This research examines the role of the leader in shaping the school climate in Primary schools of B΄, C΄ and D΄region of Athens. We researched the leaders' views on the school climate and their actions to create the right climate.
The first part presents the introduction to the research and the investigation of the basic concepts of our subject, the school climate and the school leadership. The second part presents the research, in which 142 primary school principals participated, the methodology, the presentation and interpretation of the results. Finally, the conclusions of the research and the submission of proposals are formulated.
