A critical approach to the issue of objectivity in scientific and legislative / regulatory contexts. This paper investigates how the courts and the respective regulatory bodies become producers of scientific knowledge and expertise, in the spectum of the theory of "co-production". Objectivity is synthesized as an epistemic achievement. The approach of Sh. Jasanoff is compared to that of B. Latour.
