Summary:
In this paper, we deal with the effective management of human resources,
which aims at the proper functioning of staff within companies. The staffing process
of the organizations, the supervision of the staff, the training and the communication
are considered important for this purpose. Based on the above factors, we will study
the productivity that can bring to a company, conflict management, as well as the
possibility of maneuvering in times of crisis. At the same time, there will be an
extensive reference to the dangers of staff burnout, the importance of a good leader,
and how this whole process can ultimately mean a more integrated and effective
administration.
