Summary:
In the present study, an attempt was made to approach the legal issues that
arising in the field of commercial law from the dynamic entry of the
Internet into the economic and commercial life. This new means
has been a catalyst in the formation of a single global electronic market,
a key feature of which is the easy and rapid access from anywhere in the world. Of course, apart from the new possibilities, new challenges have been brought to the fore, that the legal system was called upon to address. Among the most important of these challenges, is the definition of the relationship between the traditional industrial property rights and the new rights arising in the context of the online commerce as well as the resolution of the conflicts arising from the use of the former in this new environment.
