The research question is to explore and elaborate on the components and the way the Minoan supply chain operated, i.e., production, storage and transport of goods as well as the systems of transaction for their acquisition. The main research question is whether the Minoan logistics could sustain an adequate flow of goods to the cities and the challenges it was faced with. Also was the supply chain as effective during the whole neopalatial period or was the end PM IB collapse the cause or the result of the chain's failure?
