Summary:
The art of cinema has always attracted the interest of the young and the old. Especially for young children, the cinema, in addition to the fascination it exerts, has another important role as it can have a cognitive and social effect on the formation of their opinions. Watching a single film can lead to the birth of emotions, thoughts and reflections, unprecedented for any child. It is worth studying whether the same experiences can be caused by attending the lessons of the school program, as well as whether the contribution of Cinematographic Education (CP) can achieve the above purpose. Of particular interest is the production of work at school, when it occurs, and the study of the processes followed, from the birth to the realization of the idea, as well as the results in terms of the learning, social and aesthetic views of the students. The present work will attempt to highlight 2 issues: First, the role of film literacy in education and second, the implementation of films in the school environment of A/T. The thesis will include a research aimed at secondary education teachers.
