Summary:
This study deals with the issue of the legal protection of biodiversity and is a bibliographic research aimed at the description and analysis of the basic legal framework that applies in our country. In the first part of the work, the main pieces of legislation of international, European and national law that guarantee the protection of biodiversity are examined, while in the second part some cases that have occupied the courts in recent years are grouped together, based on the object of the activity that affected biodiversity.
