Summary:
In a constantly changing technological environment, knowledge management has developed into a very important practice that is called upon to solve many of the problems of modern organization. Problems that mainly have to do with the acquisition of competitive advantage by them. In this struggle, therefore, employees are required to be constantly professionally informed and qualified. Organizations now understand that knowledge management and human resource development can bring about their growth. In this thesis, knowledge management and the technologies that use, are studied, and mainly the applications that allow and support learning, communication, and interaction between employees in the company.
