Summary:
IIn the first five books of the Iliad the Acheans are found being in a quandary regarding stopping the war or cotninueing up until their final glory. They are Hera and Athena those who work as partners that will lead the Greeks to progress with the war up until the ultimate destrustion of Troy. Even when the will of the two godessess are opposed to this of Zeus, they work each one on their own, and not still as partners, in order to witness their shared will and ambitions to be fullfilled.
