Summary:
In the following study, the integration of modern technologies into Human Resources Management, particularly Artificial Intelligence, is examined. The theoretical part presents all the classic processes of the Human Resources Management department, followed by the changes that have occurred due to the integration of new technologies. Emphasis is placed on the facilitations offered by the integration of Artificial Intelligence in each specific personnel management process. Additionally, a quantitative research is conducted on how employees perceive the use of artificial intelligence in their work, particularly in relation to Human Resources Management processes. The study identifies the issues that discourage organizations from incorporating artificial intelligence into the Human Resources department.
