Design and Development of Processing & Communication Programming Tasks implemented on the Renesas SK-S7G2 Board targeting Educational Microprocessor-Lab Applications.
Summary:
The following thesis will focus on the development of programs aimed at applications for microprocessor laboratories. The applications to be developed target the Renesas S7G2 microcontroller, which consists of an efficient microprocessor and integrated peripheral devices. The programs to be developed will use the microcontroller peripherals and will be implemented on the SK-S7G2 development board.
The application programming interface (API, application programming interface) offered by Renesas as well as the hardware abstraction layer (HAL, hardware abstraction layer) will be used for the development of the applications. The development environment and its functions will also be studied.
Regarding the peripheral devices, particular importance will be given to the I/O port management unit, the interrupt management unit and the GPT timer-counter unit. These modules are very important tools for programming microcontrollers and for developing applications in embedded systems.
