Summary:
This research seeks to highlight Fundamental Human Rights and the framework of ethics-values, which are pillars for society. Having as primary goal the respect, protection and vision of life and dignity of the individual, the aim is to remind the importance of Fundamental Human Rights and the promotion of the interdisciplinary Socio-pedagogical role through the themes of violence, which belongs to the initial priorities of Social Pedagogy. In this light, the research was carried out through the a) bibliography, b) interviews and in addition through c) the distributionregardless of gender, regardless of sensory (e.g. hearing, vision, etc.), mental, motor or non-motor problems, age, educational, family, economic and cultural background, religion, origin, employment or educational status, and this, whether it concerns domestic violence, sexual violence, workplace violence, electronic violence or even mental violence.Even today in the twenty-first century, it is observed both in the "developed" and in the countries of the so-called Third World people become victims of violence.The inability of society to disengage from violence and gender-based violence, which continues to exist as a perpetual and at the same time contemporary problem in the international community and which through this research has demonstrated its concern and necessity, applying the interconnection of the Legal, Sociopedagogical and Sociological framework. Through this research, issues-results were highlighted that concern the lifting of the silence that characterizes it, the highlighting of its root causes, non-verbal notifications, the implementation of permanent programs in Local Government and the continuous training of bodies e.g. police, schools e.g. teachers, the importance of continuous investigation of the experience and conditions in the family, school and generally in the environment of society, concerning issues of violence such as crime-homicide e.g. in fetuses, etc. as well as in domestic and sexual abuse, the abolition of social exclusion of single-parent families and victims of the phenomenon.
