Summary:
The present thesis deals with the legal protection of reforestation areas. Specifically, it studies the constitutional framework of the restorative measure for destroyed forest vegetation, delves into the legislation for its protection, and examines the state's obligation to take measures for this purpose. At the same time, it analyzes the case law concerning reforestation areas, permissible interventions, the interpretation of public interest, and the peculiarities of the reforestation process before the Administration. Finally, after a comprehensive presentation of the researched topic, the study concludes with an analysis of the specific form and issues that arise during the implementation of reforestation law.
