Summary:
Competition haw many effects in many sides of our daily life. On of them is the
agricultural sector. Has multifunctional charecter as has to respond to over -
demand dy adopting different agricultural production standards and not only in
the simple food production. The European Union (E.U.) haw implemented
environmental standards to the Common Agricultural Policy (C.A.P.) in June 2003
and the introduction of the incentive commitment with the cross - compliance
measure. Main object was the change of income support system with the decouple
payment appraisal. The responsibility is transfered to thew state - members. Is
the greek politico - administrative system ready to undertake to implementate
the measure of that kind? This can be understood by the study of the transfer
of competencies and the horizontal coordination of the cross - compliance
system (structure and process).
