Summary:
This Master Thesis regard the safe shelters configuration for housing the
affected after a disaster. The aim is to highlight the need for a know-how,
guidelines and instructions for configuring secure camps in any emergency
situation, both from international and national organizations. Then through
case studies are given the conclusions and the practices used in our country
for configuring camps after natural disasters (earthquake) and because of
refugee flows, both for the past and for nowadays. In the conclusions refers
how important is the supply of a safe shelter in every emergency situation for
the survival and a dignified living and how much it helps in their development
the existence of a fixed process. Finally refers the need for creation of a
comprehensive study about the formation of secure shelter for any emergency
situation in our country.
