Summary:
The purpose of this project is to prove that every Baer module over a
commutative domain is projective. This problem raised by Kaplansky in 1962 and
generalizes a problem that was introduced by Baer in 1936. We will use the
useful notion of Pure submodule and the Mittag-Leffler condition.
