Summary:
Infection with human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted disease in men and women worldwide. The most important clinical consequence of HPV infection is cervical cancer, which remains one of the leading causes of cancer mortality. The cervical cancer is most common gynecological cancer during kysis. The incidence is about 1 / 10,000 pregnancies, while it is estimated that 3% of cases of this cancer is diagnosed during pregnancy. The average age is 31 years. Of these cases, 75% - about 80% are squamous cell carcinomas and the rest are adenocarcinomas,
In recent years great interest is the detection of HPV in sperm and epoidrasitou functionality of sperm. A recent work by la prise et, al. estimated in approximately 10% prevalence of HPV virus in semen 'th men in the general population and 16% in men who suffer from unexplained non-reproductive health. Recent evidence showed a possible correlation between infection of sperm with HPV and cases idiopathic azoospermia. Different in vitro experimental studies. led to the conclusion that HPV virus can negatively affect early embryo development kiai invasiveness of trophoblast cell embryo leading to the blastocyst implantation failure in corruptible and reduce the rate of pregnancy,
The purpose of this systematic anaskopisis is to investigate the relationship of infection with HPV - Human Papillomavirus (Human Papilloma Virus), the inability epitefsis and completion of pregnancy: In particular the specific objectives set is the relationship of HPV to premature birth and premature rupture ton membranes (PROM). Also, to investigate the relationship of the male causative agent of human papillomavirus individual goals set are: effects of human papilloma virus in semen parameters virus, such as number, mobility, and the rate of anti-sperm antibodies. The method was a systematic review of the literature in electronic databases Pumbed, Science Direct, taking into account the period from 1996 to 2016. The result has been a significant correlation between HPV positivity and premature rupture of membranes and spontaneous abortions. Infection with HPV virus seems to reduce the ability of the embryo to be implanted into the uterine wall. Also observed in the investigations found a significant reduction in mobility, the number of sperm in men with HPV- DNA in all sperm, regardless of the genotype of HPV detected. Furthermore spermatozoa can act as carriers for the transport of HPV in the oocytes. Conclusion from the analysis all operations available in the literature regarding the contamination of semen from HPV and the inability to achieve and complete the pregnancy we can conclude the following: the virus HPV-mostly located in the sperm surface, especially in the current region and there is a strong relationship between the attenuation of the existence of ASA and HPV sperm infection, reduce the mobility of spermatozoa due to the presence of HPV is observed in nosontas patients from idiopathic infertility compared with fertile controls and the HPV assays on sperm are in vitro evidence suggests that when the virus HPV is linked to sperm potentially transferred into fertilized oocytes, blastocysts and trophoblast cells. Detection of HPV in pregnant women can be regarded as a risk for premature delivery, abortion and the risk of vertical transmission of the virus in nogennito.
