The effect of maximum aerobic capacity on the technical skills of young football players
Summary:
The aim of this work is to examine the effect of maximum aerobic capacity on the technical skills of young footballers. Soccer is characterized by numerous, small energy eruptions that are interfered with by short rest periods, during a prolonged 90-minute period. In recent years, there has been a decline in passive rehabilitation and an increase in the continuing demands of the race. Therefore, a football athlete is required to possess, in addition to the basic, and specialized fitness skills such as special strength, speed and speed.
30 young football players aged 13 and 14 (13.53 ± 0.51) took part in the survey. All of them were members of the same group had more than two years of coaching experience while practicing at least four times a week. At the first meeting in the laboratory was recorded the anthropometric characteristics of the tested, who were on average, age 13.53, height 162.80cm, weight 50.20kg, fat 10.06%. To measure VO2max used aerobic rating tests and technical characteristics evaluation tests (speed without feet 10 and 20 meters, speed ball 20 measures the left and right, transfer assay, assay of clearance, meandering assay ball maneuver assay without ball Illinois).
From the analysis of the results of the physiological parameters the following correlations were found: the height was correlated with a weight of 0.914, which is considered to be perfectly normal. The HR with VO2max 0.567 and the fatigue perception index of 0.648. The verification of correlations between VO2max and parameters of technical skills found that maximal oxygen uptake correlated negatively with speeds of 10m -0.604, -0.585 of 20m, 20m with the ball with his right foot -0.560 and left - 0.426, while the association with the Illinois -0.438 test was negative.
To complete the survey cited relevant articles studying the relationship aerobic capacity with technical skills in various sports, the relationship between the repeated sprint test in aerobic fitness and anaerobic fitness of professional players adolescents, differences in acceleration, in maximum speed and agility among soccer, basketball, volleyball and handball players, and finally the aerobic capability associated with the ability of repeated sprints with short distances po 40 meters.
