Summary:
In modern societies, there is a lot of citizens who face difficulties in their everyday lives about access to sports and cultural sites, municipal buildings etc., as well as the evacuation of these areas in case of emergency.
Obstructed people with disabilities as well as people with disabilities, such as third and fourth age people, are often denigrated because they can not participate equally in life or emergency management.
This diploma thesis concerns the investigation of the needs and requirements of the Precluded Persons regarding the possibility of approaching and using the sports, cultural spaces and municipal buildings of the Municipality of Petroupolis and recognizing the problems that these Individuals face in the event of natural events disasters in these areas.
The research will be based on a bibliographic search, processing of data to be collected through questionnaires and on-site autopsy in buildings in the City of Petroupolis. The aim of the work is to present proposals for the improvement of the existing situation and the Emergency Planning and the achievement of effective management in cases of dangers and crises in places occupying Obstructed Persons.
