Summary:
This diploma thesis aims to clarify the concept of reforestation and compare it with the concept of the forest in law, in terms of their protection, initially through public law instruments. It examines the case-law and legislative fluctuations of interventions in reforestation in a context of increased, but, in the same time realistic protection. It focuses on recording the main problems of the administrative procedure and the position of the administrator in it, while also linking the protection regime with the criminal, the EU and the international. Lastly, it seeks to propose solutions for the effectiveness of the forestry regime, in particular on the level of protection of destroyed and reforestated land.
