The present bachelor's thesis refers to the debtor's remedies in the forced execution. Firstly becomes discrimination between direct and indirect orced execution. Subsequently reference is made to the article's 933 (civil procedure law) caveat's trial object, to the legalization and to the deadline for deposting the caveat. Finally they are mentioned the condition for providing abeyance against to the forced execution.
