If, in fact, some of the causes of the difficulties in terms of labor law performance are related to dynamic changes in the global economy, can some of the solutions - towards the regulation of the new reality - be found in international level;
The issue will be discussed extensively in this thesis. Thus, the new social and economic data that brought to the fore the spread of globalization with an emphasis on labor factor and international trade, will be presented in detail. The new tools for regulating cross-border working relations will be analyzed by assessing their current course and future prospects. Finally, the conclusions from the whole analysis of the issue will be systematically outlined and solutions will be proposed for the purpose of regulating the new social reality.
