The Role of Organizational Justice and Reward Systems in Job Satisfaction and Job Behaviors
Summary:
The goal of the present thesis is to present the most important motivational theories of human resources management and to investigate the degree of personnel’s satisfaction and motivation. Furthermore, the theories of behavior’s motivations and the conduct and personality theories are being presented.
At the second chapter, an extensive analysis of the human resources motivational theories is presented. The Maslow’s hierarchy theory of needs, the Alderfer ERG motivational theory, the Mc Cleland’s theory of the three acquired needs, the Herzberg’s theory and the McGregor theory of X&Y are analyzed.
In the third chapter, there is a theoretical reference at the reward system and how affects the work satisfaction.
