Counseling teachers on crisis management at school. Cases of parental loss, serious illness or injury to a person in the immediate family environment, parental divorce.

This study attempts to make a review with regard to the importance of the role of the school and especially teachers in children's lives. Undoubtedly, there were and there are crises in the school community, which will be called the teacher to face at some point in his career.
So it is important that the teacher has the skills, which will enable it to guide students properly if these mourning crisis due to divorce, serious illness etc. The teacher's role is important and multidimensional for the smooth operation and efficiency a school community, while counseling in crisis event should be characterized by stability and clear characteristics of each case.
The methodology used for the research needs of present study was to write a structured questionnaire, which was distributed to primary teachers to draw conclusions.
